End to End Liquid Cooling Deployments  

GL Projects worked with our client to design and construct a cutting edge DC for AI.

GL Projects deployed super efficient free coolers, in a fully redundant configuration to service our liquid cooling solution.This includes, direct chip level cooling supplemented with  rear door heat exchangers to cool the residual heat from the cabinet, making for a supper efficient system. Our team deployed high power 125A PDU's and specialist.

Each row was supplied via by a large CDU (Cooling Distribution Unit) giving our client a very clear demarcation from primary water loop to secondary water loop.

Modular Data Centre

GL Projects was contracted to complete a roll out of a number of modular data centres across EMEA.

The containers were a combination of power and compute modules. The compute modules consisted of 15 racks with a density of 20KW per rack, this was cooled with liquid cooling.

GL Projects completed the design from conceptual stages to detailed final submission. GL Projects also completed the fit out and on site commissioning work.

High-density liquid cooling POD deployed in pre existing air cooled facility.


Our client; a major colocation provider contracted us to deploy a high-density cooling POD within a existing air cooled  data hall. Power capacity was available in the room however the cooling was not sufficient to service the 40KW required by their client.

GL Projects utilised our modular pipework offering as well as a row based CDU to provide water to active rear door coolers as well as direct to chip manifolds. This enabled the client to deploy 10, 40KW cabinets in a room that would have otherwise had surplus sellable power.

Rapid deployment was key here. From the date the PO was received to when work was completed on site was only 10 weeks. This ability to deploy so quickly comes from our unique way of manufacturing, deploying as well as our relationships with key suppliers.

Our team in the UK handled the manufacturing while our team in Europe handled the install.
